"Streamlined Case Management with Guided Prompts"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I really like the step-by-step instructions and how the system prompts you at different stages in the investigation when using Case IQ. I find it great that it stores pictures and files to a case number, which is quite helpful for keeping everything organized. The initial setup was very easy because it prompts you on your next steps by not letting you move forward until that step is completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

I don't like the limit of the size of the files or videos. When we receive a video for evidence from a complainant, most of the time the video is too large to be able to attach it to a case on Case IQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Brent, thanks for the detailed feedback! It’s great to see that the structured guidance and prompts are helping keep your investigations organized and on track. Also, happy to hear that storing files and images within each case is adding value to your workflow. We’ve noted your feedback on video evidence file size limits and will share it with our product team. Appreciate you sharing your experience.

"Highly Customizable, Perfect for New Agencies"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I like how we were able to build Case IQ for our specific needs, especially as a brand new agency starting off. Some of the fields truly benefit what we do for the state and our office. It's valuable because once a case comes in, we're able to review it and monitor certain steps along the way to ensure proper actions are taken to closure. Using the Case IQ report option is critical for our annual reports, and we're able to make very substantiated reports that benefit the office and the state as a whole. The initial setup was terrific and a lot easier than I thought it would be. The team that worked with us was very open for communicating, had a lot of knowledge, and made the transition into Case IQ very easy. I also appreciate the expandability, as it fits the mold of what we want to see and helps guide us to where we need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Yellowfin reporting, there are some things in Yellowfin software itself that is not as easily found in the yellowfin reporting version inside Case IQ. Some of the videos to learn yellowfin does not match Case IQ when following instructional videos and cause confusion and frustration. While it's pretty simple to build certain reports, you have to have some knowledge on SGL and other analytical tool used in order to take full advantage of it and build various reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

We appreciate your review and are thrilled to hear Case IQ is helping your team manage cases, monitor progress, and create impactful reports. Thank you for your transparent and candid feedback on Yellowfin reporting. We understand the learning curve and are always looking for ways to improve usability and training.

"Great database for Investigations management and great customer support!"
5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

Customer support is fantastic! The implementation was relatively easy for a lot of data. We use the database on a daily basis; the transition has gone much smoother than I anticipated. We also love most of the reporting features. We rolled the database out in stages; the integration could not have gone better thanks to the tremendous help from Mirian, Ankit and others at CaseIQ. It is a very intuitive, easy to use database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

The reporting in yellow fin could be more robust. For example, it would be nice to have more options for dynamic date ranges. Case IQ could also potentially expand the range of number of fields that can be used on a form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the implementation went smoothly and that Case IQ is helping your team work more securely and efficiently. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Mirian, Ankit, and the rest of the team. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting and form flexibility. The input is very helpful as we continue to improve. Thanks again for being a valued partner!

"Effective for Investigations, but AI is Taking Over"
4/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I find Case IQ really helpful for keeping us on a timeline and remembering important steps during employee investigations. I also like having canned interview forms in the system as they are helpful. It's good for metrics afterwards as well. I appreciate the suggested links and having all of our employees loaded into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Some features that are built into the system to be helpful can end up feeling clunky and act as a deterrent. Having to literally check boxes when sometimes you don't need them can slow you down. There's also the issue that with AI, I can now ask ChatGPT for exact questions rather than relying on a generic form we created. Additionally, while the reps at Case IQ were very knowledgeable and helpful, the initial setup involved a lot of lengthy sessions, which was a lot to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Thanks for taking the team to leave us a thoughtful review. Happy to hear that Case IQ is helping you stay on track during employee investigations, especially when it comes to timelines, key steps, interview forms, and post-investigation metrics. It’s great to know those features are supporting your day-to-day work.

We also appreciate your honest feedback around areas that can feel clunky or slow things down. That insight is incredibly valuable as we continue to refine the experience, including making workflows more flexible and ensuring our tools complement how teams work today (especially as AI continues to evolve). Feedback like this helps us make Case IQ better for everyone.

"Streamlined Anonymous Reporting with Fast Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I love that Case IQ has the ability for us to communicate with anonymous submissions. It allows us to gather more information and provides a resource and portal for us to organize and see analytics on the cases that come through. The initial setup was very easy, and they were quick to communicate with us and provide the information needed. It required little work on our part to set up the site, and they communicated any changes needed promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

I wish the file by proxy setting had the ability to not have approval and assignment settings. We would like to use that more in a capacity for our investigators to use as an internal case management portal for cases outside ethics concerns, and we have not found a way around the assignment and approval settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Ashley, thanks for the great feedback. Happy to hear we have made it easier for your team to communicate with anonymous reporters, organize case data, and access meaningful analytics (all with a smooth setup). We'll definitely share your feedback around the file by proxy setting with our product team as we continue improving flexibility and use case support. Thanks again for your partnership!

"Efficient Case Management Software, But Setup is Tough"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

I appreciate how Case IQ makes our process efficient. I find the view tab particularly beneficial as it makes my caseload visible. It allows me to customize and organize my case view for easier visibility of my cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Updates to the system have effects on the case system. Updates to newer versions affect reports and certain aspects of customized forms. It was not an easy process during set up; it was a rigorous process due to the requirements of our team and certain limitations. System errors occur too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Issabella, thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for highlighting the value of the View tab in improving visibility into your caseload. Insights into how teams use customization features are incredibly valuable and help guide our ongoing improvements. We appreciate your openness about the challenges with updates, setup, and system reliability. While the platform’s flexibility can add complexity, it’s also what enables it to be tailored to your needs. Our team would be happy to connect and help address these concerns.

"Great Search and Responsive Support, but Needs Case/File Deletion Options"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

The search function and the addition of workplace specific filters has improved workflow, especially when looking up cases. Whenever there was an issue with the system, creating a ticket for assistance was simple. The support team is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

It is currently impossible to remove or delete cases that were created on accident. A minor issue, certainly, but it does impact the veracity and validity of our weekly and yearly reporting. My suggestion would be to implement a feature which allows the users to delete files or documents that were uploaded to the wrong case file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback, especially regarding the search enhancements, workplace filters, and the responsive support team, which have improved your workflow and streamlined case management. Your thoughtful insights on case and document deletion capabilities—suggestions like these help shape future improvements to the platform!

"Customizable Case Tracking That Fits Our Needs"
4/5
What do you like best about Case IQ?

It’s helpful to have a single place to track all our cases, and it’s easy to customize fields to fit our unique needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

There are some system limitations that make certain aspects of the platform difficult to use. For example, the “To-Do” section references cases only by their Case IQ ID, rather than by the case name we assign (which is what we rely on day to day). The reporting system also feels overly complex, and it can be difficult to create cases within it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Duong Tran of Case IQ

Hi Angela, thanks for your feedback. We’re glad Case IQ’s centralized and customizable platform supports your team’s work. We appreciate your notes on the “To-Do” section and reporting complexity. Our team is actively exploring ways to improve case references and simplify reporting. Thanks again for helping us make Case IQ even better.
