Cascade has significantly enhanced our strategic planning activities, enabling a higher level of sophistication to our approach. The system is intuitive with a user-friendly interface allowing our users to adapt to and navigate through the system with ease. A notable feature is the ability to generate tailored and customised reports, we have been able to create reports for Project Managers all the way through to Senior Execs. We are about to start using it to track key performance indicators and display our data in a meaningful way to stakeholders. This will help us become a more data-driven university. The support from Cascade throughout the implementation process has been extremely helpful; Thom’s knowledge, patience, and dedication to ensuring we experience a successful implementation/transition has been greatly appreciated by our team. Progress reporting intervals and auto reminders only have standard options ie Quarterly, Last day of the month. Previously these were held in individual documents that didn't facilitate collaboration well.
