The Key to strategy isn't its creation. It is the iteration. The quick learning of what is working and what isn't and to change and update as necessary. Cascade is the first company I have seen to focus on that portion of strategy. Every other consultant tries to work with you to create the perfect strategy. But executives don't realize that isn't possible. The perfect strategy only comes through trial and error of what works and what doesn't. Cascade helps enable this trial and error in a quick and honest matter. Cascade realizes that monitoring the execution and making the adjustments is what really matters with strategy. The most important thing is to create transparency and be honest of what is working and what is not. Without that radical transparency, the critical conversations cannot occur. We never had one source where we could measure company wide, individual team and individual and directly aligned to our strategic plan and our strategic goals.
