Cartoway is a route planning and optimization software developed in France by a team based in Pau. It helps companies that run deliveries, service visits or sales rounds to build efficient routes, cut mileage and planning time, and keep drivers and customers informed. Plan with real-world constraints Cartoway automatically builds optimized routes for your whole fleet while taking into account time windows, vehicle capacities, maximum distance and maximum route duration. The software flags any constraint that is exceeded (late arrival, overloaded vehicle, route too long) so planners can fix issues before the day starts. Keep full control of your plan Optimization is a starting point, not a black box. Planners can fine-tune every route directly on an interactive map or in the route list: drag and drop stops, move stops between routes in bulk, select groups of stops with a lasso, reverse a route, switch vehicles, or re-optimize a single route. Organize by sector, vehicle and category Apply sectorization to split territories logically, manage vehicles with their own characteristics and start times, and use categories to organize customers and stops. Define your own delivery units (parcels, pallets, weight, or any custom unit) to track load against capacity. Follow your KPIs Customizable indicators show total distance, driving time, waiting time, service time, average speed, planned stops, and load against capacity, for the full plan or for each route. Share routes and communicate Send routes to drivers by email or SMS, notify customers by SMS, print route sheets, and export detailed route data to CSV. Plans can be archived for later review and reporting.
