Carton cloud is one of the more affordable platforms and we have found that it keeps things very simple but does have some customizable features as well. Implementation and Training were very easy and done faster than many other platforms I have used in the past. The specialist are accessible...Javier Hernandez was an excellent Implementation Consultant. He helped us through every question or concern we had, and whenever he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to escalate it and follow through. Even with the more unique nuances of our processes, he was able to help us tailor the platform to fit our specific needs. It doesn’t just support your workflow; it keeps you operating within a robust environment that’s designed to minimise errors. On top of that, your clients are billed accurately against their Charge-card. If you’ve used something as simple as packaging tape to close a box for a client, Carton Cloud will capture it and bill for it. You won’t miss anything. There are no unintentional freebies, and for that reason alone Carton Cloud pays for itself. When you bill your customer, every charge is fully auditable, so there’s no question about what’s been billed because it can be proven and reviewed within seconds. I will say since the software can be customized to your needs, figuring out exactly what features and customizations you need may take some time but it does payoff. It’s helped us run tighter warehouse operations with real-time inventory, standardized pick/pack/dispatch, and clearer accountability. I love that we are able to tailor documents, rates, and products to each customer, keeping them unique based on their preferences. The ability to support notifications for customers about the status of orders is great, allowing them to know where we are in the flow. The tailoring aspect is huge for us as it aligns with our offering of tailored services to customers, providing them peace of mind and enhancing our partnerships.
