I dislike that CartonCloud lacks a variety of integrations with third-party websites and does not have the ability to act as a trigger for external workflows. Specifically, when using CartonCloud TMS for internal deliveries, it cannot write back the consignment number to StarshipIT through the current pathway involving Zapier. I really like the flexibility for manipulating data, inventory records, and warehouse locations. It’s also easy to manage by exporting to Excel, reshaping the data, and then uploading it back into Carton Cloud. Being able to manipulate large data sets quickly is awesome.

The health checks are excellent as well. Having an advisor watching our business with us helps ensure we’re using the Carton Cloud modules the right way and highlights more streamlined processes. They also challenge us on our business model and ask, “Why are you doing it this way?”—which is genuinely helpful.
