**What do you like best about Cartlytics?**

I use Cartlytics for my Shopify website to track analytics and understand customer behavior. It helps me track individual carts. It's much better than Shopify analytics in terms of insights and accuracy. I'm able to see the exact customer journey and all carts for a given customer. Cartlytics gives me more information and is more accurate than Google Analytics. The initial setup was super easy.

Nothing as of now

**What problems is Cartlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cartlytics to track analytics on my Shopify website, helping me understand customer behavior and individual carts with better insights and accuracy than Shopify analytics. It also provides more information compared to Google Analytics.

Nothing I can think of at the moment. It works great for me, and I haven’t run into any issues so far.

I can see the full customer journey and see exactly when a customer drops off and don’t proceed with an order
