They are also the most helpful support team I've come across with a software/tool like this and will help you get everything set up and even help write your texts and templates for automations which I'm a big fan of. Thanks to cartloop we're building a decent txt list to campaign to. **What do you dislike about Cartloop?** The way the info for the database is entered to the app is clunky and it would be better it it was taken mostly from the site then have the business fill in the gaps. **What problems is Cartloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the issue of not being around 24/7 to help customers who might need help before buying and abandon their cart. They also help deliver sms marketing and automations to give customers a better experience. ### 2. When I reached out to them, the team instantly responded back, onboarded me, created a strategy based on my needs. They promised to help me with anything that has to do with SMS and that was true. Whenever I was sending a campaign, they helped me draft the text and recommended me days and hours for better conversion. The results are also fantastic. I’ve been using automated flows for SMS and the results were decent, but conversational flows are way better! The results almost doubled. The entire business is setup to ensure their client succeed, infact they give a 14 Day free trial in which you can see exactly how much you're making with them, within those 14 days, they give you their best plan which includes a customer success manager - this means that they help every step of the way to ensure you see a positive ROI within those 14 days. In addition, Cartloop provides exceptional customer service. Our customer success manager is in a slack channel with us along with 10+ of their agents who are sending us reports on a regular basis. **What do you dislike about Cartloop?** Cant really dislike anything about Cartloop. Once again, they provide impeccable customer service along with an incredible app. **Recommendations to others considering Cartloop:** Ensure to invite the Cartloop success manager and their team into your slack channel **What problems is Cartloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main problem that Cartloop solves is converting those extra few customers who might've drifted off.
