We started using this app as a way to have quicker support for potential customers and to decrease cart abandonment thereby increasing conversion and it's done exactly that. They are also the most helpful support team I've come across with a software/tool like this and will help you get everything set up and even help write your texts and templates for automations which I'm a big fan of. The way the info for the database is entered to the app is clunky and it would be better it it was taken mostly from the site then have the business fill in the gaps. They solve the issue of not being around 24/7 to help customers who might need help before buying and abandon their cart.
