What do you like best about Basqo (formerly Cartha)?

For us, Cartha is a great relief in our work. We finally have a very clear and practical solution for our annual planning. Cartha now enables us to have a very detailed and precise overview with just one click. We no longer work with error-prone and confusing Excel spreadsheets. The numbers and forecasts are always up to date. We benefit from the enormous time savings.

There is the possibility to include our managers through appropriate user profiles, in order to share the numbers, data, and values with them. What do you like best about Basqo (formerly Cartha)?

How it allows to simplify an objectively burdensome topic. The CFO and the Talent acquisition manager were using two separate Excel sheets prior to Cartha and it was neither reliable nor effective. I simply hope that Cartha grows to offer secondary functionalities that other platforms offer so that we can rely for more on it and avoid having to use it together with another solution in order to fully solve the people's part of the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Basqo (formerly Cartha) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Management of current employees cost per team (monitoring) and planning for hiring. Before using Cartha, as I described before, there were silos. The Talent acquisiotn maager and the CFO were using separate excel sheets to square the budgeted figure for hiring and the hiring plan for the year per team and position. It was messy, unreliable and time consuming. With Cartha, we have a phenomenal display of all this information, automatic calculations to plan and estimate for changes and the ability to involve all the managerial team of the company in the hiring of their team members with assurance that they follow corporate policy. What do you like best about Basqo (formerly Cartha)?

If you have more than 4-5 monthly hires, it's an absolute no-brainer. I can finally track and share the status of our recruitment company-wide, especially with Finance and the department heads. Which open req has been closed, when will the new colleagues start, and sync all the cost to finance with one click.

Before Cartha, we always worked with Excel and ATS exports, and I had to update the leadership team weekly on how we are doing with the hiring plan - manually.

Now, I just do a one click overview for the weekly report to management, department heads and finance. Super easy, and saves time.

All features I need right now are there.

Customer support was great, with very fast iterations.
