What do you like best?

We really liked the flexibility and usability of Cartegraph. The configuration tools gave the Cartegraph administrators in our organization the flexibility we needed to address a lot of different unique needs. We also were able to create very simple work processes to support different end user populations with varying degrees of technical competence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The pricing methodology can be confusing for customers and Cartegraph seems to have a strategy of segmenting out features into additional offerings. While that may make sense for smaller organizations that don't need everything, for larger municipal customers it seems to me there should be an easy to understand enterprise license that includes the full scope of Cartegraph functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helped us get a handle on all of our different assets that were previously tracked in a variety of spreadsheets. With Cartegraph we have a single source of truth that we can use to make decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
