Full functionality. we moved to Carta after being unsatisfied with another provider. Nothing really. we like all features. customer service through email can be a little bit better as many times we receive AI drive responses that dont properly capture the questions asked. I really like that between the Carta cap table tools and my lawyer (who has access to Carta), I feel really confident that the complexities of managing a cap table are taken care of. I also find Carta's fundraising modeling tools super helpful, and it great they rely on the actuals in the cap table.
