What do you like best about Carta Equity Suite?

Carta just helped our organization raise the bar for equity management; it simpliefies cap table complexity in a user friendly package; their support team is also always available and solves problems quickly. I would recommend Carta to any company. Additionally, their knowledge base resources are great for those that are missing the specific techinical background about equity management. What do you dislike about Carta Equity Suite?
