It is easy to export cap table and decent UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Carta Equity Suite? I’ve used this platform for several years and was initially very happy with it. A while ago, the platform was completely overhauled, and now it’s practically unusable. Multiple features were stripped away entirely, and the user experience has plummeted. For instance, you can no longer auto-fill all the essential information into option agreements like you used to, and there is no way to preview the agreements before sending them out for signature.
