I love Carta for its clarity in both video and voice during interviews, which was a major factor in my decision to use it. It also offers valuable AI suggestions when writing emails, making communication more efficient. Additionally, the comprehensive centralized dashboard simplifies managing cap tables and automates equity grants, significantly reducing errors compared to manual processes.
