What do you like best about Carro?

Convictional is relatively easy to use, with reliable email notifications for orders. As a brand, this platform made it very easy to onboard with multiple retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carro?

They could definitely work on their customer service - when we had issues onboarding with a retailer for the first time, they were hesitant to give detailed instructions to help us complete the process more smoothly, and their overall demeanor seemed rude. On top of that, whoever helped us did not share their name, so it was not even possible to identify who was giving poor service. Hopefully this was just a freak incident. What do you like best about Carro?

We're using Convictional with Syndigo and it's by far, one of the best platforms we use. It syncs easily with our Shopify store so orders go through smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's ability to navigate without any help is by far my favourite part. Our staff doesn't need a lot of training and when we do need support their team is wonderful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Carro?

I appreciated how easily it synced with our Shopify storefront. It allowed us to edit catalogs easily and sort through orders in an organized fashion. More straightforward than some competitors such as DSCO, harder than Logicbroker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only hesitancy is that sometimes there were some issues with the page breaking on me, but that may be my internet browser. In addition, changing prices between currencies when shipping international was difficult at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
