**What do you like best about Carol Collect?**

Easy to set up. After registration I simply imported my invoices from QuickBooks and the software contacted my clients, reminded them and got me paid.

**What do you dislike about Carol Collect?**

Honestly, nothing. It does what it says it does.

**What problems is Carol Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I just did not have time to consistently follow up on customer invoices older than 30 days and that meant I wasn't getting paid and debt slipped to 120+ days.
