**What do you like best about Cargoson?**

I like Cargoson because it uses smart technology to make logistics more efficient, provides real-time updates on shipments, and offers solutions that are tailored to my needs.

**What do you dislike about Cargoson?**

I might dislike Cargoson if it has issues such as a steep learning curve, high costs, or integration problems with my existing systems. Additionally, the customer support isn't responsive and sometime the solution doesn’t fully meet my specific needs.

**What problems is Cargoson solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cargoson solves problems like inefficient logistics, lack of shipment visibility, and high operational costs. By using their solutions, I benefit from improved efficiency in my supply chain, real-time updates on my shipments, and better control over logistics costs.

**What do you like best about Cargoson?**

The use of Cargoson has significantly enhanced our logistical procedures. Our shipment management is quick and simple. With just a few clicks, you can quickly and simply compare any transport company's price enquiries. I am unable to image working without this software after using it for more than a year.

**What do you dislike about Cargoson?**

More information fields ought to be available in the transportation booking window. Additionally, I think it would be wonderful if my customers could see a visual tracking on the cargoson website if I shared tracking information with them.

**What problems is Cargoson solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease with which I can use Cargoson to gather quotations for shipments from many forwarders in one location. Booking transportation for goods is so simple and cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Cargoson?**

It has sufficiently helped us to increase efficiency and create transparency managing our orders and carriers.

**What do you dislike about Cargoson?**

Everything has met and exceeded our expectations. 
Support is always at hand and the system and product development have been flexible to meet our requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering Cargoson:**

Having previous experience with other TMS platforms, I can say that the user experience so far is the best.
Implementation was quick and easy to gather our data and bring it into the system.

**What problems is Cargoson solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very simple freight management platform where we have consolidated all our carriers pricelist into one window.
Before it was used to work within excel pricelists and transport booked via email or several different carrier platforms. 
As we have several different entities and purchasers over the Baltics, this has helped us to harmonize our processes and backup each other. 
It has certainly helped to improve security of supply and punctuality by knowing firmly the ETA time to promise availability to our customers.
It also helps us meet the group's saving targets and benchmark our transport prices with market prices or ask for a spot price if necessary.
I also see great overview from analytics and I am already looking forward to the next transport tender, for which I have all the necessary information in the system.
