I love the simplicity of being able to upload documents as the shipment is live and also the ease of communication and loads of information provided. I absolutely love that it can pull from the airline tracking website so I don't need to enter the flight details manually. It truly saves a lot of time, as I don't have to sit here and calculate the time zone differences. **What do you dislike about Cargobase?** The only thing I "dislike" about the system is getting to my live shipments. It is such a minor complaint, but it would be nice not to click as much to get to my shipment to enter an update. **Recommendations to others considering Cargobase:** Cargobase will cut down on tracking time and emails for your operation employees. The system pulls updates automatically from other systems by using the tracking numbers provided. With the system constantly providing these updates it keeps the customers informed of where their shipment is at every step in the logistics process. **What problems is Cargobase solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have realized the benefit of a system that can pull from multiple websites in real-time. Providing real-time updates to clients keeps the relationship smooth and keeps them coming back for more business.
