It provides all the information necessary to contact the carrier (i.e.; phone numbers and email addresses). And it automatically copies MC & DOT numbers for you. **What do you dislike about Cargo Chief C4?** The only option I would like to see is the types of equipment the carrier hauls in. There are times when carriers haul multiple equipment types, and it does not all seem recorded. **What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to search and build up capacity, sourcing better carriers and lane matching. When we have tried to build capacity in the past, we have relied on DAT or load boards, and C4 has eliminated having to rely on load board postings for good resources. ### 2.
