CareVeya is care management software built for UK care providers. It covers home care, supported living, young adult supported accommodation (including Ofsted-registered 16–17 services), care homes and extra care housing in one system, so providers running more than one kind of service do not need separate products. Care plans, risk assessments, PBS plans and communication passports reach carers on the CareVeya Go app at every visit or shift. The app keeps working with no signal and syncs when it reconnects. eMAR handles timed and PRN doses, missed-dose alerts and printable MAR charts. Every dose given comes off the stock count automatically, and managers can send repeat prescription requests to the GP or pharmacy, chosen from the NHS register. Rostering covers visits and shifts, with drive time between calls, open shifts carers can pick up, and an AI assistant that drafts the weekly rota. Staff checks are applied before anyone is booked. Safer recruitment keeps DBS, right to work, references and training on each staff record, reads details from uploaded documents, and sends reminders before anything expires. CareVeya Assurance turns everyday records into live CQC evidence and a readiness score, so managers are not assembling evidence the week before an inspection.
