Carethink automates patient workflows from referral to completed visit. Our AI classifies every referral by medical urgency and operational priority, sends routine cases directly to self-scheduling, and routes urgent or high-priority cases to staff with the relevant context. Once scheduled, Carethink reviews the patient’s information across all systems, identifies missing insurance information, records, and clearances, and automatically collects them from outside providers. Before the visit, it drafts the pre-chart note and prepares questions that help the provider close documentation gaps and bill accurately. This results in fewer lost referrals, fewer delayed visits, and fewer denials.
