What do you like best about CARET Legal?

We love the back end office that is included the file management. Not having to run 2 software's is so helpful, and the access to billing/payment information to everyone in the firm lightens the accounting department's tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

The integration with Microsoft breaks frequently. Would be nice if you can invite both inside and outside people to appointments, and accept them before they hit your calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

I like the main ledger of accounting entries in CARET Legal. Legal assistants efficiently manage client cases, and there is the possibility of recording consultations, which is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

Salary calculation and payment. It would be great if the program offered the ability to manage employee salaries with automatic calculations and payment to a bank account, as well as time tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transfers from the Trust Account to the Operating Account should show up in the "Client Payments" total when filtering for operating account. Right now, they don't. This makes tax tracking a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
