What do you like best about CARET Legal?

I like the convenience and ease of use of CARET Legal the most. Billing, invoicing clients, and daily timekeeping tasks are made very easy with CARET Legal. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

"Cloud-Based Convenience Across All Devices"

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

I like that it is cloud based and available from any laptop, smartphone or tablet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

I do not like that you can only go in one matter at a time so therefore I will use it on several different browsers at once. I also do not like that emails do not have flags for urgency and do not auto correct spelling for the first letter of a word in a sentence to be capitalized. I do not like that Caret does not synch with Outlook for PEOPLE. I also miss the expansion of text from Amicus that Caret does not have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

CARET Legal is a superior product. I have researched many similar systems and CARET Legal has the best ease of use and IT/customer service teams. CARET Legal listens when I relay that I am struggling with a function or something is missing that would assist in my everyday use, and then they not only address it, they exceed my expectations. "Effortless Calendaring, Occasional Glitches"

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

I appreciate the calendaring software in CARET Legal. It ensures that I don’t have to manually verify the court rules, as it automatically adds pre-made deadlines based on those rules. This functionality helps me to effectively manage and meet deadlines without having to worry about overlooking any important dates. Furthermore, I find the setup process extremely easy and straightforward, which made transitioning to CARET Legal quite smooth. "Easy to Learn with Excellent Organizational Features"

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

It was very simple to learn in my opinion, and I enjoy the organizational themes that caret offers throughout Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

sometimes the cloud acts up, and things will vanish that will later show back up. Like today my boss asked me to create a view for matters and I did. 2 mins later it was gone. I thought she deleted it, and just created another one. After that created one, they both showed up again. I guess with anything glitches will happen. This is the only reason I did not rate a 10/10. "Change in software programs made easy by the Caret Legal team"

What do you like best about CARET Legal?

We are using Caret Legal for all areas of our practice - document management, time keeping, billing, accounting and we are starting to implement their "New Lead" feature, workflows, and document templates.

The Migration team, the Trainers, and Support are all great to work with. Our implementation went well. Any time there was a problem, the Migration team was already on it and provided the fix/solution or a work around until a fix can be implemented. Once you start using Caret Legal, it is easy to use. What do you dislike about CARET Legal?

Too early to tell. We are a few months with Caret and we continue to learn more and use more of the Caret Legal features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
