Document creation has taken several months. In the past, while the wait time was shorter, it has been difficult to communicate exactly what is needed. Other EHR's give providers the ability to create/edit their own forms which helps to make the process quicker and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello and thank you for letting us know about your experience. We apologize that you have been inconvenienced by the document creation process. Unfortunately we do not have any plans for the immediate future to be able to support document creation by users within the platform, as we are prioritizing streamlining the claims submission process and complying with the ONC standards for interoperability and HIPAA standards for patient privacy. However, we understand that the ability to have custom documents created in a timely manner is important to the smooth running of your practice, so in the future if you have documents you need in a specific timeframe please email support@carepaths.com, and give them my name (Denis) and refer to this review so that we can be sure to have your documents expedited.

Easy, overall use - can have patients complete self-reports of functioning, can include notes from sessions, can easily bill. Since COVID, it also allows for meeting rooms online (instead of going to a different service like Zoom or Webex). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks, we really appreciate your comments. We apologize for the issues with the teletherapy features. We understand that more and more clinicians are relying on the ability to provide remote services and that it is extremely frustrating when your all-in-one practice management solution isn't able to support this functionality. Rest assured we are working on resolving the issues with teletherapy and everything is on schedule to relase the fix next week.
