What do you like best about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?

Robust program for client notes, integration of client files and billing records, scheduling, and messaging. Able to upload customized documents in the archive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?

Entering information can be tedious at times. Until you get the hang of it, some entries may be lost if you don't save or save and pend data. Sometimes it feels that there are too many choices and fields to click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to integrate schedule memos with the billing record has helped give clients a more clear view of the treatment history. Expanding teletherapy to handle more than 2 points of connection is a big plus. Sometimes getting a client signed into the teletherapy room is cumbersome. There are so many "tabs" I have not explored. A lot of it seems repetitive and a bit overwhelming in terms of the steps to finding data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?

Data entry is easy. The forms are accurate. The scheduler is excellent, with alerts for clients sent at your discretion. My billing is out the door each day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any real dislikes. Updates are done regularly, which can cause problems, but the Carepath team is responsive getting everything functioning quickly after a software update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that when I have had questions they have responded quickly and have helped me to gain a better understanding of how the system works. Easy to chart notes and submit claims if clinical record is complete. Easy to add notes, add diagnoses and treatment plans. I only looked at one other EHR and CP was more cost-efficient and easy to use immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there are times when tracking down claim payment or claim issues is a challenge, but support staff is helpful and available. Add in process guidance that is easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
