CaregiverScheduling by Logicly is scheduling and dispatch software for non-medical home care agencies. Schedulers build weekly caregiver schedules by drag and drop, match open shifts to available caregivers by skills, location and hours, and see overtime before it happens. Caregivers get a simple app on the phone they already have: today's visits in order, directions to each client and one-tap GPS check-in that doubles as electronic visit verification (EVV). Clients sign at check-out, and every EVV override is logged with a reason and an audit trail. Check-ins, ADL and IADL activity logs and care plans work offline and sync when the phone reconnects. For the office: Medicaid authorization hours and units count down as visits are completed, with reauthorization alerts; credential tracking with expiry dates; timesheets, invoices and payroll export; HIPAA-compliant audit logs; and AI note taking that lets a caregiver talk through a visit, review the note and sign it. Pricing is by tier, not per caregiver: Starter $199/month for up to 10 caregivers, Growth $299/month for up to 50, Scale for larger agencies.
