CareGeo is all-in-one software for home care and personal care agencies. Caregivers clock in and out with GPS on the iOS and Android app, record tasks and notes, and the agency gets electronic visit verification (EVV) automatically. Office staff schedule shifts, cover call-outs, track medications, and run payroll, mileage and invoices from the same system. Compliance is built in per state: client record checklists, service plans, supervision and incident forms, and an admission packet families sign on their phone, with a signed PDF ready for surveyors. Families can follow visits in a private portal, and AI writes a short summary of each visit. One flat monthly price per agency, every feature included, with no fee for each caregiver you add. Setup takes a day.
