There are so many amazing features to Care Feed, but I guess my favorite feature is being able to communicate with all employees, residents, families and other groups, all at one time. If needed, I can communicate with one individual or a specific group. Implementing Care Feed was the easiest process. Implementation time was nominal. The system is so easy to use and the Customer Support team is there every step of the way! The ease of integration with MatrixCare was fairly simple. There were a few bugs to work out, but Care Feed staff was diligent in working through them. Our facility uses Care Feed multiple times per day.
