There are many things about Career Plug that I like.

It makes it very easy to post a job and manage it. It does all the work for you so you don't have to manage a variety of job sites. You are able to easily use templates for ease of email communication. You can edit and make emails personal if you chose, or you can keep them the way they are. When you start commincating with candidate, it keeps them all organized under the said candidate so you can keep up with the communication. This is extremely handy when you are dealing with hundreds of candidates. Communication comes through your email, yet is housed under the candidate in Career Plug.

The site is easy to work with, yet it has many layers that I still have yet to use. Help is just an email away. They are SUPER responsive. Typically I get a response within the hour, if not minutes, from when I send a request for help. There are many learning tools/videos that you can click on to learn how to do things as well. Like I said before, there are so many layers that I haven't even explored yet. They will even do a "hey I don't even know what I don't know" meeting with you so that you can learn things. Super easy to set up a video conference with the staff. I have had made "requests for change" inquiries as well to better serve me. They are always open to learning and making my experience the best that it can be. If they are able to make the changes, they do. If they can't , they explain why.

I use this program all day, every day and am not sure how I could manage my business without it. When you work with this company, you are working with people, not an AI generated facility. To be honest, I haven't experienced a downside. When I think I have a downside, I have a conversation with one of the staff and they show me how to manage what I thought I was lacking. There are A LOT of tools that I am not using that I am certain would make my life easier, I just haven't had the time to learn them. It does take time to set up your templates, but that is not a Career Plug issue, that is me issue. The ease of making it happen is there, I just need to create more input on my side. The job posting coaching is absolutely fantastic. Erin Barlow was a huge help in recrafting our postings to attract the most talented candidates we have had in years. I have been using CareerPlug for almost a year to find staff for dental practices. The platform is very easy to use and I get applicants quickly because the job posting is pushed out to the major hiring sites. I had been offered the opportunity to use another platform free of charge but I choose to stay with CareerPlug. Their customer service is 5 star! They are friendly, professional, accessible, and have always been able to help me with my questions. What a relief to have reps such as Heather personally walk me through a process instead of pushing me to a Knowledge Base that I have to search through.
