As a new business owner, finding talent and managing the interview processes was among the scariest parts of starting out. CareerPlug took that fear away and made me confident in without taking up huge parts of my day managing different platforms and juggling candidates from all over. It is very streamlined and intuitive. There was a few things that I couldn't/didn't figure out right away but their initial demo, onboarding and customer support was very helpful with answering my questions. Some of the configuration can be buried in places that take a few clicks to get to. It's not bad and once you know where things are, it's fine. The only downside to using CareerPlug is the order of interviewing/onboarding it expects each recruitment process to follow. In home care, recruiting for caregivers can be very unpredicable - most of the time, my applicants aren't filling out the employment application form when they apply. This says less about Career Plug itself and more about my industry!
