**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

They have some good monthluy porgrams running for peer testing your Interview template or resume critic. It was helpfull in getting some valuable feedback and imoplement the same for my job search.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

I would say they can add some more features like recruiter connect which can help provide a recruiters perspective and direct feedback session from an industry recruiters. Also, too many things in one app/website that It is difficult to gauge what to start with.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive Outplacement:**

Just go try them and see what they offer it would be helpful for you to explore them if you are looking for a job change or exploring opprtunities for your next phase of professional growth.
There is a lot of support and guidance through Mentors and peers that you are going to get for your next big raise or switch. 

Also, Try the Resume critic workshop, as well as join some Interview oractice session even if you are not prepared so that you can understand how others are preparing and get some perspective in your sample answers from others. This will also be a great way to learn and solidify your stoory. 

Other than that they offer a mentoring session which can help you with preparation on Resume, Linkedin profile and Interview questions thourgh 1-on-1 Mentoring. 

You can get Subscriptions for Linkedin, Corsera, udemy and others through Credits that you got when you signed up for the services.

**What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive is a platform that is promoting all resources at one place that is required for preparing for a new role like CV builder, coaching, practice sessions to name a few.
I benefitted by learning through thier free sessions for practising for interviews and Resume Feedback.

**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

Guidance in a difficult time helped me stay focused. I had things to do everyday.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

The learning curve, so many options. I was hard at first to knwo what to use. But you can ask for an introduction meeting and don't be scared to ask for help. I did often.

**What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive provided me with expert guidance for both emotional, mental health and career advice.

I was able to manage the human side of losing my current job while being productive at the same time in the search for my next job opportunity.

It was not easy, being let go without any reason is very emotional. I needed to process that to move on with my career. Thrive helped me do that at my own pace. The experts are very knowledgeable and human in their approach.

Then I was able to focus on my strategy to land the next dream job that I deserved. I was well guided for that as well and the application enabled me to update my current resume, find courses on Thrive and LinkedIn to advance my search. 

Thrive also as a network of employers to search for potential jobs. The combination of many platforms to find a job was really helpful.

I recommend Thrive to help find you next dream job.

**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

Thrive has a user friendly platform that allows users to easily select the type of service they would like to use. I appreciate the flexibility of providing users with tokens so they can choose what they want to use it for. In addition, Thrive has an excellent account management team - they check in regularly, provide helpful data usage, and solicit feedback on how to improve the platform and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

N/A - Thrive meets our needs and we consistently receive great feedback about them.

**What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive provides outplacement services to employees impacted by involuntary exits (could be voluntary as well). Their team supports individuals with a variety of different career counseling (i.e. resume writing, interview prep, etc.) and skills training as they transition to their next role.

**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

Career counselling was good. I enjoyed the online courses. I had never been out of work before. After thirty years of not looking for a job it was useful to have resources to get up to speed. Looking for a job in 1996 versus today is totally different.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

I wished there were more resources locally, I live in Saskatoon, SK.

**What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I walked into my job on October 16 and was walked out the door shortly afterwards. As part of my termination package I was able to negotiate career conselling. My former employer set me up with Thrive. Thrive arranged for me to have meetings with a career counselor. We met three times via Teams. These meetings helped to re-build my self confidence and self worth.

**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

We enjoyed its marketplace set up where individuals chose their own preferred upskilling services. This meant we didn't have to have multiple "generic" packages for different levels (IC or C levels), and instead was able to have one program that could work for all levels.
We had a really great experience with our Account Executive, Connor.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

Nothing from a client perspective - they are great to work with.

**What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After meeting with several vendors (a couple of which were global and well known) we opted with Thrive to support our company's outplacement program. Thrive's personal approach in service, and ability for individuals to select upskilling services that is actually useful to them helped us provide an actually useful service to individuals who were exited. It is a competitively priced program, with the added bonus of providing a platform that allows us to see usage and determine its effectiveness. Having this in place ensures as smooth of an exit transition as possible, while knowing we are paying for services that is actually useful to the individual.

**What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?**

Our Account Executive, Connor, was incredible to work with. Connor truly went above and beyond in showing us how customizable the platform can be for the end user, which made it an easy decision for us to move forward with Thrive.

Thrive works with offboarded individuals for twelve months in ways that are meaningful to them, whether that involves assisting with a job search, financial planning, or even starting a new business. We were blown away with the range of services that are offered.

The admin tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

There is nothing from a client perspective that I dislike as they have been great to work with.

The Thrive team that works with us as an employer is fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure that our people's needs are met and that the whole process operates seamlessly for all parties involved.

**What do you dislike about Thrive Outplacement?**

I would like to be able to check remaining token balances in employee accounts in case we would like to "anonymously" top them off.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive Outplacement:**

The best team to partner with to take care of your people and give them a solid place to land with an organized support system around them with opportunities for the future. As an employer the setup process is simple and the team is amazing to work with.

Thrive is providing the safe landing space for our employees that we have had to offboard over the last few years that ensures that they receive continued suoport and personal care.

What stands out most about Thrive is the exceptional support provided by their team. When I was laid off, they promptly scheduled a call with me, not only offering emotional support but also helping me devise a strategic plan for my job search. This personalized approach made a significant difference during a challenging time.

Additionally, the CV builder is a standout feature. It's user-friendly and offers a range of templates, making it easy to create professional resumes tailored to different job applications. The job tracker is another invaluable tool, keeping my job search organized and on track. It allows me to monitor my applications efficiently, ensuring I never miss an opportunity or follow-up.

A particularly impressive feature is Thrive's Chrome extension. It provided insightful analysis of my CV in relation to specific job descriptions, enabling me to customize my CV more effectively for each position. This level of customer support and attention to user needs has left me with no significant complaints. Instead, it has reinforced my appreciation for their service and commitment to their users.

From my experience, the difference it makes is clear. There isn't anything to dislike, my advice to those using Thrive is to take advantage of this amazing platform. If you have the motivation, Thrive can take you anywhere you want in your career path.

Thrive seamlessly navigates the awkward in-between stage of jobs or unemployment, offering essential tools to rebuild confidence during layoffs. With personalized 1-on-1 career coaching from Carol Wert, a fantastic photoshoot by Mark Holleron, invaluable tax advice courtesy of Gene Rheaume, and access to Domestika, I was equipped to pick myself up and move forward.

I have a coach, Lysa who is amazing. So many great resources on the platform including webinars where you learn and interact with others. Job search, resume and cover letter help, so many great things.

The job search has to be very specific to get what you need, once you learn that things are much better.
