I like the ability to click on one resume and from there you can just click next resume to sift through each candidate. I also like the user interface, very easy to use. I wish I could flag a resume that is not a good fit, or that I already interviewed to not come up again in my search for a set period of time. As of now, all resumes come up if they fall in your search criteria. I also wish I could check back resumes that were posted 2, 3, 4 days back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Job Board? CareerBuilder has been one of the main databases our company uses for sourcing entry-level candidates. However, as of late I'm constantly met with the aggravating "unfortunately some error occurred" pop-up while I'm sourcing resumes. If it's not that it's incredibly slow loading times for one candidate's resume.
