This platform is pretty easy to use and handle. It helps me to search the candidates using the skillsets and special keywords from the job description using the keyword search and advance boolean search from its database. Most of the profiles are active and updated. The database has good quality resumes containing almost every kind of candidate for fresher and experienced job profiles. the filters work great and provide good results. I think the job posting algorithm needs to reach wider so that we can get more applications on the job postings. It provides us the quality candidates according to tot the needs and requirements of the job description. Also, the posting of jobs is easy and seamless as compared to other job boards. The UI is not that much attractive and user-friendly as it was earlier. Also, the coming new update is making the dashboard more unorganized. The candidate search tool is amazing and works well for the requirements by providing a great talent pool according to the skills and job description. Also, there are options for advanced search using the keywords and boolean and getting more relevant results. We can search the candidates based on their region, skills, experience, salary ad much more. The filters are fantastic. There must be some option in the candidate searched profile where it can show that when the candidate last edited their profile and what change they exactly made. We have openings for both technical and non-technical but CareerBuilder works perfectly to find the right candidate for almost every profile. It gives us the leverage to make the work handy. Here, we can easily source fresher candidates for almost every kind of profile. The searching algorithm helps to search the candidates using their degrees, skills, and job description. It has a good database with a large number of candidate data. Here, the dashboard is easy to operate and has a good interface. We can also connect with the candidates directly using the dashboard mailing feature. The features are fantastic and work well as compared to other alternatives in the market. It has many good filters and resumes bar to search the candidates from its updated database using the boolean search strings. The UI is clean and light. The UX is impressive. The error I have experienced during using this platform is that sometimes it gives the same result and shows the same candidates after a limit is reached. So, we can say that for some profiles that have a limited number of candidates only. Apart from that, we are not able to find the more experienced candidate here like 10 to 15 years experinced.
