We received good quality candidates for less than half what we normally spend on job postings **What do you dislike about Career Vault?** Would be nice to see people's resumes within the platform **What problems is Career Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to source remote hires but we don't have a big budget. Career Vault is very cost effective and the featured job postings help us stand out. ### 2. From an organization's point of view it's nice to know that open position posts are available to a large audience in one place instead of having to cross my fingers that I am posting in the right places. **What do you dislike about Career Vault?** Additional filtering would be nice, but it's not exactly necessary. My needs are niche but the site does its job well, so nothing much to dislike about it. **What problems is Career Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the challenges introduced by the pandemic, it's incredibly beneficial to have a site like Career Vault that makes finding remote work in a climate that makes working remotely a necessity. It significantly reduces the amount of time spent searching for different websites since the postings are all aggregated to one location.
