I've been a user of CareCloud for almost six years. Its layout is intuitive, and it's easy to learn to use the system. There are some glitches, like with any software, but they are constantly updating the software, which includes fixes to things that go wrong. Overall layout of patient encounters is logical. Allows for writing templates for quick charting. Clean and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CareCloud Central? Feels clunky and difficult to navigate patient charts and encounters. After a while you get used to it but can still encounter hiccups now and again. Wish it could link to prior encounters in a more clear/obvious way. The feature of ordering prescriptions did not function properly and was impractical for clinical workflow. I use this program to chart patient encounters to full-detail, coordinate schedules with my office staff, and to plan patient care. It is a necessary tool in today's practice.
