What do you like best about Cardly?

I use Cardly to send birthday cards to my gym members every month, and it has been one of the better decisions I've made for client retention.

The handwriting options are what sold me first. They look genuinely real, and one of the styles is close enough to my own that I had to do a double take. When I received my sample card, the paper quality, the printing, and the overall presentation were better than I expected. I felt confident sending those out with my name attached.

The platform is straightforward, the design options are solid, and the pricing model makes sense. You pay for what you send. No packages, no monthly fees, no commitment. That alone puts it ahead of the other services I looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardly?

What do you like best about Cardly?

I like Cardly because it allows us to add personalized signatures and a dynamic section to make each card more personal and individualized. This means we can personalize each card to the employee, even showing specific anniversary dates, which shows we care about them on an individual basis. It's a 'set it and forget it' system, so I don't have to worry about timing. Patrick was also very helpful and provided a screen recording of our initial session so I could re-watch it if needed. What do you dislike about Cardly?

What do you like best about Cardly?

I like the fact that they offered handwriting and that the handwriting looked real. In fact, one of the styles is very similar to how I actually write.

The site is very easy to use, there are plenty of designs to choose from, and the pricing is also very fair. It's great being able to pay for only what I want to send, rather than having to buy a package or pay a monthly fee like S*nd Out Cards.

When I received the sample card, I was impressed by the quality of the paper, the writing, and the design/printing were much better than I was expecting.

I feel confident that the clients I sent Xmas cards to got something of good quality. I'll for sure continue to use the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardly?

I love that Cardly creates a pain-free and seamless automated service, which is invaluable. The customer support service is fantastic, especially Patrick, who provided answers to every question, assisted with the setup of the automated service, and used video to demonstrate what I needed to do. I like the ability to add my own design to make the cards personable to the recipient or 'on brand' for the company. The card quality is 10/10, very sturdy and well-made, and the handwriting features add a nice touch. Cardly aligns with our gratitude as it provides high-quality cards and personable touches instead of flimsy, bulk-ordered cards. Patrick was amazing and provided the best customer service I've ever received from any company, ensuring we will use Cardly for every need moving forward. The setup was very easy. What do you like best about Cardly?

Cardly has been a fantastic tool for my business - sending cards to my clients, as well as personally, sending cards to friends & family members around the world.

I love the ease of the platform, how real it looks to my handwriting, the ability to add doodle/drawings, but most importantly, the quality of the cards!

I've used a previous online card tool in the past that felt like stock paper and didn't feel professional. But Cardly has beautiful card options that feel of high quality.

Lastly, whichever postal service they use is great! The cards always arrive the week it's a client's/family members birthday.

What do you like best about Cardly?

Its really easy to use and the youtube tutorials are really helpful if you get stuck. Patrick was great in helping me set up a birthday card automations for our staff. He made the process a lot less scarier! We really like the designs provided and we are also looking forward to creating a card designing competition for our next event where we will need cards. Adding gift cards is really easy and the delivery is super fast which is great for last minute orders.

We recently designed our company Christmas cards which Patrick and team helped to set up correctly. Unfortunately DDP lost our cards and Patrick and the Team stayed up the night before to ensure our card we reprinted and sent to us on the same day!! This was the day before the annual Christmas work party and i could not be more impressed with how quickly they managed to organize getting cards sent to us. I can't recommend them enough!
