We have recently switched over from AMCards to Cardly in the last few months and we have seen so many improvements in our greeting cards sent to our clients. We are big fans of being able to customize our own cards and the automation system on cardly. When we received the sample card, we were blown away by the quality of the card and the envelopes, and we really enjoy the feature where the text can look like its handwritten! it is so simple to use and as well the help from the CEO Patrick has been wonderful when we get stuck on how to do certain things! We use cardly all the time now, from sending Birthday Cards & Home Anniversary Cards to Holiday Cards. It is very simple to use and is a stress free process to integrate with our CRM system as well. The one thing we would like to see in the future for Cardly are maybe text/email reminders to send cards to a certain individual when something is coming up. Not specifically for birthdays/anniversaries but for any other event (for ex: if one of our clients has had a recent baby, etc). Previously with AMCards, we would have to manually schedule cards to go out, but now with Cardly's automations, rules & campaigns, we don't have to worry about whether cards have been sent or not as we just set it up to go out automatically as long as we have topped up credits to spend!
