Cardly has been a gamechanger for our firm. It has helped us increase employee engagement and is so simple to use. We use Cardly during the holidays to send cards to our employees. The quality of the card is top-notch. I have used both their artwork and uploaded my own cards and each time the quality has been fantastic. The back-end user system is easy to use and tracks everything. I can see when a card is going out and set up an automation in minutes. Probably THE BEST thing about Cardly is how included I feel. When I've had an question or issue in the past I haven't waited much longer than a few hours before I recieved a response. Not only was it a response but majority of the time I get a short video where I'm address by name-so know that they are taking the time for ME and not just replying with some genaric message or FAQ and the video walks me through exactly what to do, as well it shows me (ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!) exactly where to find what I'm looking for or how to did it, which also confirms things are done properly. As a business owner who sends out 2000+ cards annually, and someone who has worked with different card companies, I cannot say enough how happy I am being a Cardly customer. I enjoy that for the birthday cards we send I can set them up automatically and only need to log on when my credits are getting low (which you get a simple email about but can also set up automatic top ups) or to choose a new card- which there are so many to choose from, it's like trying to pick a movie off netflix on family movie night! I love that its able to be connected to other programs via Zapier, which means that automations can be built so you barely have to think about remembering client's birthdays and things like that. The List functions are missing some capabiliteis that you would think would be there, and seem like common sense. Like, adding a contact to multiple lists should be alot easier than it is. Currently, you have to manually recreate the entire contact in a different list if you want to add it to both. There's just more work to be done there to make things easier for business owners.
