The idea is great - reviving old school letters through the power of hand writing. The bulk of the UI is very intuitive, easy to navigate. Patrick himself is an amazing support and really hands on when you need help. The videos on YouTube are a further source of support. Data validation and confirmation process is very good. The zoom and edit text functionality takes a bit to get used to. Zooming in makes the template disappear below the fold on your screen. The return address functionality is also a bit tricky, adding in the field name (i.e. BLDG) along with the actual Building Name.
