I think the best feature is the design flexibility, allowing me to do all kinds of different designs for card types. I love the many font options and adding doodles to the insides of the cards. The ability to include QR codes and add e-gift cards is also a nice touch. Cardly offers a lot of options for designs and card types, and I really appreciate how smoothly it lets me import things. I find it has some of the best rates I've seen among card services. Setting it up was really smooth, especially for someone like me who's in marketing and a bit tech-savvy. I was in there a few weeks ago, though, I may just have missed it. Honestly can't think of many complaints or difficulties. I would say, as a person who isn't a graphic designer at all, I wonder if some type of design-assist feature would be beneficial to business and other clients? I know I'm always kind of searching around for the best formats for things like proposals, presentations, and other things so I feel like a business sending cards for any number of reason may want some kind of SEO or graphics optimization thing!
