Being able to pick up the phone or shoot over an email and get quick response is key to help business thrive and keep customers happy. Cardknox does provides great service. I appreciate the high level of commitment they have to giving us and our mutual clients a good payment processing experience, especially in regards to EMV payments. We have previously used other systems for EMV payments and had terrible experiences, and Cardknox has made our lives as frontline customer support eons easier. We have had a few miscommunications regarding who gets billed when our company has decided to cover costs for a client, and payment is taken directly from the merchant account.
