**What do you like best about CarChat24?**

Easy to use, extremely effective and one robust system to manage the facebook chat, text and website chat. It gives the perception that we are communicating with a person on the other side and does a brilliant job in getting leads

**What do you dislike about CarChat24?**

The information provided becomes confusing sometimes. Nothing else that I can think of.

Great tool for getting leads

It is mainly used for getting leads. The 24x7 availability is also a great feature.
