CarbonPass.co is a UK carbon-accounting tool that helps small and medium-sized businesses produce a PPN 006-aligned Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) in about 20 minutes. Many UK public-sector and NHS tenders require a published CRP to bid; CarbonPass turns a few business questions and uploaded energy bills into a compliant plan covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions using DEFRA 2025 factors and the GHG Protocol - for GBP199/year instead of a multi-thousand-pound consultant. It also offers a free PPN 006 readiness checker and a live UK public-sector contracts directory.
