Carbon Black Cloud solution is an incredibly robust and capable EDR solution. I appreciate the instant malware search abilities in the Admin portal. It allows you to click a link that contains all the threat vectors and immediately scans your entire network for the threat. It also has an in-depth investigation section that you can use to track the history of a file to determine how it got into your network. Carbon Black Cloud is a complex solution at times. If you are not a full-time security admin, the solution can be overwhelming. Recommendations to others considering Carbon Black Cloud: If you are already a Dell/VMWare customer, you won't regret staying in the family.
