Having someone dedicated to guiding me through each task and keeping me accountable for project completion has been incredibly valuable—thank you, copilot Steve! As someone new to SaaS compliance, having an expert by my side has made the process far less stressful. It's reassuring to have someone knowledgeable available to answer my questions and clarify any confusion, especially since resources like Google and chatgpt aren't always dependable. The system itself is very user-friendly. I find the platform easy to navigate, and what I appreciate most is the availability of templates, so I don't have to start everything from scratch. The dashboards are also excellent; being able to track my progress allows me to keep the leadership team informed with accurate, up-to-date information on how much we've accomplished. I expected to be able to store things like our contract agreements and detailed information on compliance-related matters. However, I found that it mainly functions as a repository for evidence, offering more of a snapshot at a specific point in time. Carbide's people are fantastic to work with. We are currently using Carbide's Fractional CISO services and they've been great to help chart a course for us and provide guidance as we work towards our first SOC 2 audit. They have been incredibly helpful working through nuanced, industry specific discussions relating to data privacy, security, risk management, and prioritization.
