"Very Helpful Tool for Security and Compliance Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Carbide?

Carbide provides you with the tools and resources you need to get started on your security and compliance programs. Not only can you track your progress against specific compliance standards, but you also start to round out so many important details that are not always at the forefront within a smaller organization. Carbide gives you the spark you need -- providing you with templates, allowing you to get a leg up and not start from scratch in what can be an overwhelming space.

The resources and training available are top-notch as well, and you have a dedicated and informed team ready to help you through when you need it. As someone so new to security and compliance, the best part has been the thorough Help Center and the downloadable resources. In particular, the downloadable resources help you to quickly get some tasks done, without a headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carbide?

While there are many great things about Carbide, there are a few downfalls. I find it a bit confusing when uploading evidence -- being that there seems to be so many ways to do so -- and, I find the overall experience not as intuitive as other platforms/applications. Though I am new to security and compliance, I find some areas tricky to understand in understanding exactly what I need to do.

There are also a few instances where the "Evidence Implementation" calls out something that I later find is referenced by another name -- not a big detail, but something I've come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform for your security needs."
5/5
What do you like best about Carbide?

I've been using Carbide for a while now and it's honestly a game-changer for handling security and privacy stuff. It's super adaptable to different security rules, which is a lifesaver with all the changing regulations. The platform is really user-friendly too, making complex security tasks way simpler. Plus, the Carbide team is always there to help out, which is super reassuring. In short, Carbide is a solid choice for any business that wants to keep its data safe and stay on top of privacy laws. "Really good solution in a crowded market."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Carbide?

- First of all the people. Friendly, charming and extremely helpful. They make the herculean effort of becoming compliant with multiple certifications and frameworks.

- Their commercial model, which is really market leading (and I came to this conclusion after talking with 7 companies in this specific market segment).

- It provides a lot of extremely useful functionality out of the box, like vulnerability scanning, an integrated risk assessment tool, asset and vendor management.

- The awareness training worths the money by itself.

- Very easy integration with Google Suite and AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carbide?

- Some parts of the UI are clunky. E.g. references between documents is a missing feature.

- Uploading evidence can be confusing, since there are multiple options to upload files in a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love their in depth workshops as well. They really help get familiar with the topics at hand and are incredibly in depth to help catch any issues or inconsistencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carbide?
