**What do you like best about Carabiner Group?**

The team is not afraid to be honest and an in person setting, they are extremely quick on their feet to come up with solutions and understand the root of the issues.

**What do you dislike about Carabiner Group?**

We worked with a few people who were on completely different time zones and sometimes it was hard to connect when we really needed answers to questions.

**What problems is Carabiner Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carabiner Group was nothing short of transformative. Our company was ata 
 point where we had to clean things up and get real with ourselves and they were able to delve deep into our processes, fostering an environment of openness and honesty that proved instrumental in reshaping our perspectives.

Their team demonstrated a great understanding of our existing processes, coupled with brutal honesty that provided areas for improvement we might have overlooked. This transparency was not just a commendable quality but a catalyst for meaningful change within our organization.

It was a valuealbe 2 days spent in a room together picking apart where we needed to make change.
