It replaces paper-based processes with digital tools tailored for automotive events. Participants can register and pay online via a mobile-friendly interface, with entry data and waivers automatically organized. The system supports online payments and cash transactions at the gate. Judging features include mobile scoring and real-time results tracking. Spectators can vote for People's Choice by scanning QR codes, with votes instantly tallied and displayed on live leaderboards. Organizers can manage sponsorships with customizable tiers, track payments, and showcase sponsor logos on event materials. Payments go directly to the organizer's account. Additional features include kiosk check-in, windshield card printing, custom branding, and support for recurring events and specialized vehicle class structures.
