CapyScout is a sales prospecting and account based management tool that finds companies matching a defined customer profile, identifies a contact at each company, and drafts outreach. Users describe their target customers in plain language, or add a source: a saved search, their CRM, LinkedIn connections, website visitors, existing customers (to find similar companies), or daily feeds of newly launched or funded companies. CapyScout can monitor watched accounts for buying signals such as funding, leadership changes, hiring, technology changes, reviews and website visits. Each signal links to the page it came from. The product finds and verifies contact emails, then drafts email, LinkedIn and call steps that the user approves, edits or skips. After a campaign has 10 approved messages, it can send on its own within daily limits. It pauses after too many bounces or opt-outs. Integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Apollo, Slack and Google Calendar, plus a REST API.
