Have been using Capturly as a heatmap and recording tool. Easy to use, great service and fast replies by customer support and lots of options. Beforehand, we we're using Hotjar, however this had a bug with our Magento version. Capturly is easy to install, similar in pricing and didn't glitch with our e-commerce website. Defintely recommend!
